Mathocrat was founded and is run by Shivraj Gurjar, an alumnus of IIT Kharagpur (B.Tech, 2006–2010 batch). It began as a YouTube initiative in early 2020 and now offers online and offline Mathematics Optional guidance for UPSC CSE Mains.
